FRIDAY FLOW YOGA - HASTINGS
Start your weekend the best way possible: with some creative, playful & mindful vinyasa flow yoga in the beautiful Wellington Health Centre studio.

I studied many disciplines of yoga and meditation for 7 years, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, Restorative, Iyengar, Ashtanga, and later Space&Flow, and absorbed teachings from travels all over Asia in Bali, Cambodia, and Thailand.
I learnt from each discipline and so was set on a non-dogmatic approach to the practice that honoured yogas spiritual roots as well as being guided by bodies own internal wisdom. I found the practice to be deeply personally transformative at a time of huge healing and growth.
I became passionate about teaching and sharing these beautiful practices. I qualified as a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (200hr Yoga Alliance) in June 2017 at Samma Karuna in Thailand and have been studying my Space & Flow advanced 300hr teacher training since June 2020 with Raphan Kebe ( to be completed in July 2022).
I will also be completing a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training in Prenatal, Postnatal and Baby Massage (85hr Yoga Alliance) with Sally Parkes Yoga in May 2022.
You can expect from my classes creative, playful & mindful sequences, focusing on movement as well as postures. The sequences encourage a fluid movement practice that works with the body's natural biomechanics as well as building strength and flexibility through traditional yoga postures.
The result is to feel more at home within your body, to feel more peaceful and at ease within your mind, and more in connection with the world and the people around you.
